With over 12 miles of trails to enjoy in Table Rock State Park, the Table Rock National Recreation Trail stands out as one of the most strenuous yet rewarding in the region. Summiting the peak of Table Rock Mountain (3,124’), this trail ascends an incredible 2,000 feet throughout a 3.6 mile nearly vertical one way hike. Filled with numerous waterfalls, dangerous rock scrambles, roaming wildlife, and incredible panoramic vistas of South Carolinas Piedmont, its considered a bucket list hike amongst adventurers. With access to the 76-mile Foothills Trail, the 3,415 ft tall Pinnacle Mountain (South Carolinas tallest peak contained entirely within the state), and the iconic Table Rock Mountain, there is no shortage of outdoor adventures to be had here.
